DPM 2007 Installation

Hi,

I cant find clear answers to the following on the MS website at all. I am planning a new installation of DPM 2007 after the inherited server died!

1. Can DPM 2007 be installed onto Window 2008 R2?
2. Does DPM storage pool allow SAS disks to be added to the pool. Documentation doesnt mention those.
3. What is the largest size of disks that can be added to the pool? I was thinking of adding 2TB disks .MS do say use disks up to 1.5 TB but does this make a difference?
4. For a server with 12 disk for the storage pool what kind of riad configuration would you recommend if I wanted some resiliancy but did not want to loose much space
